I am Diala Hamed, a dedicated yoga instructor with a deep-seated passion for aiding individuals in discovering the physical and spiritual benefits of yoga. With extensive experience practicing and teaching various yoga styles for over a decade, I specialize in laying a strong foundation for my students, guiding them through the core principles and postures with patience and mindfulness. My journey has taken me through numerous workshops and retreats, allowing me to continuously refine my practice and teaching methods to better serve the diverse needs of my practitioners.
